There are three design options.

a) Design Pack including Building Consent drawings and specifications where required

b) Materials locally supplied for Lockup Shell,  Lining Kit and Units.
There are four ways to supply materials and prices are given for each:

MS Merchant Supply
Ideal for competent builders. Includes CBD's unique Plan Pack with full manufacturing drawings and assembly schematics.
It also includes organising best material quotations for all materials delivered to site.

BK Builders Supply
Ideal for builders or competent DIYers. Incudes precut and pre-nailed floor and cabin framing, manufacturing drawings and assembly schematics for roofing, cladding, joinery.
All materials including lining, delivered to site.

DIY Kitsets
For the handyman DIYer, these kitsets include all components precut, predrilled and prenailed, for site assembly with hammer, and screwdriver.
Includes full 3D assembly schematic instructions.

OB Owner Build
Under the Building Act, non-licensed owners can apply to build their own consentable buildings.
Our Owner Build Pack includes a user friendly step by step layman's guide, showing all specific construction details the owner needs to follow to ensure the project is Building Code Compliant.
