CBD is a design and supply company specialising in small consentable kitset buildings.
Typically we cater for the 8m² to 80m² market, which includes sleepouts, cabins, and small dwellings such as Grannyflats and Baches.

Where are products available from?
Our cabins can be designed and supplied throughout most of New Zealand.
What warranty is there on products?
This varies product to product and dependent upon specific materials used. Precut material packs will generally carry a two year workmanship warranty with warranties on materials those of the individual material suppliers. Specific warranties are given for each product when
supplied.
Will I need a Building Permit?
Most buildings over 10m² require Building Consent.
